A Very Sweet Miracle in Zimbabwe…

Read about a fun surprise we had the opportunity to be a part of for a sweet nurse named Precious and the orphans at Makumbi’s Children’s Home in Zimbabwe.

On Thursday morning my Mother went to ‘West End Hospital’ to have a medical procedure. While we were waiting for her to go into surgery, we shared pass-along cards with a number of the hospital Staff. A few of them shared how they had seen the young Missionaries in their areas and also identified our beautifully built Chapels.

The Nurse who was assisting my Mother shared how she had met the Missionaries while they were visiting with her Friends and that their young nine year old Son had started attending Church and how her Friend was now also attending!

Oct 2015 – Packing Containers – Day 3 and Plans for Day 4

A WONDERFUL third day accepting donations, sorting, and packing containers!!! Thank YOU for everyone’s help! MONDAY, the 12th, the WORK continues as we pack shipping containers and we continue to need your help and support as we finish assembling hygiene kits, newborn kits, school kits, and pre-packed missionary suitcases. We will be at the FIRST PARK WAREHOUSE until we are finished.

MONDAY – Oct 12th – SO many of you have helped over the last few days and so much as been accomplished! Thank you!! The work continues and we could still use some help as we organize and assemble hygiene kits, school kits, newborn kits, pre-packed missionary suitcases and pack containers today!

We will also be having an ALL DAY ‘Baby Shower’ for Reeve’s sister, Rachel, who is having a little Girl and our dear Friend and Dentist, Dr. Dorcas Goredema who has so kindly assisted hundreds of our Youth with their dentals in preparation for Missionary service, she will be having a little boy called Samuel!!
